“You are not going to kiss my wife. Make peace with that, and move on.”

Nick’s sudden gasp proved Alistair’s action had not gone unnoticed. “Oh, that’s just bloody unfair,” he complained. “Alistair gets to kiss her but I don’t?”

Alistair grinned.

Sylvia didn’t want to be the source of discord. “But I kissed you, on the beach, remember?”

Tony whipped his head around to face her. “You what?”

“On the cheek. To thank him for bringing you to me so quickly.”

“Oh.”

Nick grinned.

Tony wrapped his arm around her, drawing her close. “If either of you come anywhere near her, I’ll cut your tongues out. No one else is ever going to kiss her again. Except me.”

As Tony gave her another long, deep kiss, Sylvia decided that was just fine with her.
