"Not a morning person either, huh?" I laughed sitting next to him. He looked up and me and felt my head with the back of his hand.

"How do you feel?" his voices was soft and he still sounded half asleep.

I shrugged. I didn't feel great. My body ached and I knew I had bruises all over me, especially on my stomach were I had pulled myself over the fence.

Oliver's eyes went to my jaw were I could feel the cut along my jaw throbbing.

"You look like you've been through hell," he smiled half-heartedly. I knew that he felt guilty but it was my fault for going through the park in the first place.

"Thanks," I rolled my eyes.

"Still beautiful though," he told me. His hand went to the back of my head and pulled me to him, kissing me softly.

"By the way, good morning," he grinned. My heart fluttered and my stomach turned over.

I laughed nervously as my cheek burned.

"How about I get dressed and go get you some coffee?"

"Really?"

He flicked me in the nose. "Of course, you can't do anything without it."

I snatched his finger. "I'll bite it off if you do that again," I threatened sticking my bottom lip out at him.

"Hmm...interesting. You like to bite, huh?" he smirked. My face faltered a moment.

"I like to bite to," he winked and pushed me back on the bed going to bite my shoulder.

I squealed and tried to fight him off.

"No!" I laughed. I grabbed his forehead holding him back so he resorted to tickling. I was laughing so hard I hiccupped.

"Oliver, knock it off," I gasp trying to push him off.

He pressed his face to my neck and rolled off me pulling me on top of him and holding me tight in his arms. I gave up on fighting him knowing I could get out of his arms. My head was lying on his chest. It heaved up and down and rumbled as he laughed at my defeat. Lifting my head to look at him I sat up on his stomach.

"You’re a jerk face, you know that," I scowled.

"But, you can help but love me," he smirked. I tried my best to keep the scowl on my face, he sat up with me still in his arms and kissed my nose and it went away.

I sighed. "You’re right, I do."

"Good cause I love you too."

He laid me back in the bed and covered me up.

"I'll be back. Don't move," he grinned. I mock saluted him.

He rolled his eyes. "You have been around Jake too much," he muttered, then kissed my head.

Monday came quickly. I was a bit anxious to see Oliver. We had spent the whole weekend together. He waited on me hand and foot till I started feeling better but Sunday morning he got a phone call and had to leave. I was a bit peeved because he wouldn't tell me who it was or where he was going, but I guess it's not my business.

The air was cool this morning on the walk to Harmon hall for my morning coffee. Pulling my jacket tighter I stepped into the cafe.

"Hello what can I get for you?" the girl behind the counter stopped and stared at me a moment.

"What
happened to your face?" She asked suddenly.

I was confused at moment and ran my hand over my face to see what was on it. My have grazed my jaw and I flinched. The cut was there and still quite visible.

"Oh I tripped," I told her lowering my head.

The girl smiled. "I'm pretty clumsy myself."

"Café Mocha, please," I told her not really in the mood to talk anymore.

After getting my coffee I left the cafe quickly not wanting anyone else to see my face. How the heck am I going to hide it anyways?

              "Ever!"

I turned to around to see who called my name. It was Logan. He came running up to my side with a muffin in his hand.

"What's up?" He asked munching on his muffin. I looked up.

"The sky," I told him. He looked at me confused a moment.

"Oh," he said laughing.

"So are you going to Oliver's classroom this morning? That's usually were we all hang out before classes."

"Um...sure," I shrugged. I had nowhere else to go to. I followed Logan across campus.

"So I heard what happened, you okay?" Logan asked eying the jagged scar along my jaw.

"Yeah," I muttered, nodding my head.

"I guess it was pretty scary, huh?" He said softly.

I nodded, blushing. I had been so helpless and pathetic. My phone was gone as well.

We entered the English building. Logan held Oliver's classroom door open for me and I stepped in. Everyone was there. Oliver looked up and smiled. I blushed remembering the weekend we had spent together, and I knew the guys knew to by the looks on their faces. Logan pushed me further into the room.

"Morning munchkin," Alex grinned.

I groaned. "Not you too," I huffed. Logan and Alex laughed. Jake mussed my hair and received a punch in the stomach.

"How can you be so violent this early in the morning?" He grumbled rubbing his eyes. I wiggled my coffee cup in his face.

"Aww...maybe caffeine is bad for you. It makes you violent."

I hopped up on the edge of Oliver's desk and smiled at him. He shook his head grinning.

"So what class you have first?" Alex asked me. He was leaning back with his feet propped on Oliver's desk.

"Art History," I told him with a yawn.

"Sounds boring," Jake laughed.

"It is...I like Art but that class makes me want to sleep."

"Then don't go." Jake said his mouth full of food. I gave him a look. He swallowed before saying sorry and grinning.

"Well it's a main course I have to take," I shrugged.

"Who told you that?" Oliver asked turning from the dry erase board he had been writing on.

"My advisor," I replied.

"Hmm...well I didn't have to take anything like that," he shrugged turning back to the board.

"It was probably his amazing charm that swayed them into passing him," Jake grinned slyly.

"I'm sure you know all about his charm, huh Ever?" Jake wiggled his eye brows at me. I picked up the dry erase marker sitting next to me and chucked it at Jake's head the same time Oliver threw one of his own.

"Jeez, touchy, touchy," Jake laughed along with the others. Oliver rolled his eyes while my face burned with embarrassment. It's not like Oliver and I did anything physical but still. Looking around Eien was still not there. I really wanted to ask why but Oliver got slightly upset last time I did and I didn't want to ruin his good mood.

"So any word from Jason yet?" Alex suddenly asked. I wanted to slap him upside the head. Oliver stopped what he was doing and turned around.

"No, not yet but I imagine it's not going to be good. It never is with him." Oliver flipped through the literature text book aimlessly.

"Can I ask something?" I said hesitantly. Oliver looked up.

"Of course."

"Why isn't Eien here?"

Oliver's face hardened and I regretted asking. He sighed and sank into his chair.

"If you don't want to tell me its ok," I added.

He looked over at me and frowned. "You deserve to know. It could be bad for you anyways if you don't know."

"See...err...Eien kind of...” Oliver was looking for the right words. He looked hurt.

"He betrayed us," Jet spoke, his voice full of hatred. I had never heard him so angry.

"Betrayed you, how?" I asked looking back at Oliver.

"Well, apparently he has been with Jason this whole time. He has been feeding him information."

"What?!" I snarled. That low life son of bit-

"Yeah that's what I said," Jake said shaking his head.

"But..." I was lost for words.

"The other night at the tournament he disappeared just before Jet's fight. At first I thought it was like what happened with Logan but then Alex," Oliver said nodding his head in Alex's direction. Alex was glaring at the floor. "Saw him hanging out with Aaron and Sam the other night he and Kimmy went on a date."

"Well, why did he suddenly leave?" I asked perplexed.

"If you guys didn't know then what made him suddenly leave."

"Jason had planned on keeping him here I think but the brawl at the tournament happened and Eien wasn't going to attack his own guys, and he couldn't exactly attack us or we would know so he bailed. I think that's when Jason just decided to make him come back," Jake answered.

"Well, that doesn't make sense to me. If he had a good deal and was in so deep to suddenly pull him out seems kind of stupid," I added.

"Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I don't know what Jason has planned but after what happened Thursday at the junkyard I'm surprised Jason didn't retaliate immediately. It has me wondering what he's about to do, and if it has anything to do with you," Oliver admitted. I could see in his eyes how worried he was. It was silent a moment, my eyes drifted to the clock above Oliver's head.

"Oh snap!" I jumped off the desk. "I'm going to be late."

"Me too," Alex exclaimed jumping up. I started to run out the door but Oliver pulled me back planting a kiss on my lips.

"Eww!" Logan gagged. I smiled against Oliver's lips and pulled his head closer kissing him deeper.

"Damn..." Alex muttered. Pulling away I smiled at Oliver and ran out of the classroom leaving the boys either disgusted or shaking their head.

Chapter
Twelve

"OHHH!" The boys exclaimed as the car on the TV screen drove off a cliff. We were all sitting in Oliver's living room watching Transporter 3.

"Nice," Oliver muttered taking a bite of his pizza. I was sitting next to him in his chair my legs across his lap. Logan, Jet and Jake were on the floor laying on their stomach's watching the screen intently. Alex and Kimmy were lying on the couch and Tyler was sitting on the floor in front of the coffee table. Pizza boxes lay in almost every corner. Logan himself had devoured two whole ones alone.

"Oh don't look," Oliver told me as the guy Frank started undressing. He covered my eyes with his hand and turned my head toward his chest.

"Oliver," I laughed trying to push him away.
