CHAPTER FOURTEEN

OCTOBER 2024

Peterson’s three main disciples were in place now. Hall, Samuel and Gualt were loyal to Peterson alone. Peterson had secured their loyalty completely. Each was first corrupted by Peterson. Then each was brought in and his services and allegiance secured as only Peterson could secure the services and allegiance of others. Peterson’s pattern was the same for all those who served him: first corrupt, then tempt, close the deal, blackmail, expose to madness. His formula was flawless. It worked every time.

Peterson felt reasonably well about how things were coming together for him now. His plan was now looking more like a puzzle of a labyrinth than the scattered mess of a maze. Many of his puzzle’s pieces were placed where they belonged, and the path to power was coming into focus. Though many more pieces still had to be fit into their exact location, they were at least within reach, and simply had to be placed in their spot. Peterson created the puzzle, so surely he could put it together, then follow its twisted path. The USFIA was the most important missing piece, and the only one that Peterson couldn’t seem to get his hands on. At least not yet.

8:00 p.m EST. Thursday, 10 October 2024. The speech began on time in the main chamber of the United Nations. The U.N. was soon to fully embrace WWCA’s president, Tyler Peterson, and allow him to govern completely. His speech held high expectations. After months of campaigning throughout the world, officially on behalf of the WWCA, Peterson was ready to make his final move, a move that would win this game of chess that he had been playing against the enemies who plotted against him, whoever they were and wherever they existed.

Peterson had done such a thorough job of making his case and securing his power that his speech would be more of an announcement of his accomplishment of power than a plea for the need for him to be vested. His philosophies had been embraced, and his positions of power secured. He rose to the podium, almost majestically, from his seat, which was located directly behind the podium. It was as if he floated from the lower floor of his seat to the riser on which the podium rested. He was now elevated and ready to deliver his proclamation. His opening lines shocked everyone.

“The United States of America is in decline. Her power and standing in the world must be curtailed. She must submit to the shared power that this world has adopted, and she must do so now. How dare she once again recklessly invade and drop her bombs of death on an innocent people group. How dare she once again offer puny excuses for these actions to the highly intelligent people of the world. The United States can no longer be trusted with her power. Her reigns of terror will no longer be tolerated. She must be stopped. Tonight we will act to stop her in her tracks, before she kills again. Please pay close attention to this speech. I plan to share with you a worldwide governmental system that will bring the U.S. under world control, which is exactly where she belongs.

“Gentlemen of the United Nations, I have a profound question for you tonight. It is a question that we must address and that we must address here, at this time in world history. We must not leave here until we decide what it is we are going to do to answer this question. I will remind you that the world is watching you, and the world wants answers. The world is in chaos. Anarchy and nihilism are rampant and have supplanted the God of this universe and the order He defined and ordained.

“The question to be considered today is, simply, Where do we go from here?

“What do we do now that the problems of worldwide commerce, religion and economics have overwhelmed us all. And I have another, far more pressing question for you: What do we plan to do to prevent another nuclear war? Do we have a plan?

“Please remember that I am not talking exclusively to the citizens of one particular country. I am talking to all of the citizens of the world. Citizens of the world, what do we do? This single question must be answered, and it must be answered correctly, and it must be answered now. We have got to get it right. The price of error is too great. There can be no compromise.

“Our system of commerce has delivered bankruptcy to us. Make no mistake about it, we are completely bankrupt. Thanks to the Americans, we have been bankrupt since early 2008. Bankruptcy will not hit us with its surprises tomorrow or next week or next decade—because we have been in bankruptcy for a long time. It is important that we face that awful fact. This is not about forecasting bad news about coming worldwide recession, this is about recovery from one catastrophic financial collapse after another. We must recover and we must make certain that the policies that got us in trouble are changed, never to be repeated.

“Our world religions, while valuable to us for our personal spiritual focus and reflection, must never again lead us into war and into the separation of the races and cultures. Our religious rights must be encumbered. Apostates must answer for compromise and for the trouble they have caused.

“And can we afford to continue worldwide socialism? Has it worked? Its failures are noticeable to all but he who lives with his head in the sand. Giveaways? Do they work? Can a man learn to care for himself if he is being cared for by the people of the world? Will he work for a living if do–gooders, as we call them, are handing him dollar after dollar? How will he learn? We must teach him rather than give to him. That’s how he’ll learn. He must fall so he can learn how to get up and to stay up.

“Why, you say, am I focusing on these three areas? What about other concerns? What about science? What about medicine, the environment, military, culture, academics, sexuality, hunger, personal freedom, civil rights? These, and more, are important issues. There can be no doubt about that. But we must address the three core issues of our time if we are to survive. At this time in world history we are dealing with the reality that we must change the way we look at core issues because we risk extinction now—literal extinction. That is the challenge before us. All of our problems will improve if we simply adopt new policies in these three areas: commerce, religion and economics.

“The Worldwide Coalition for Academic, Religious, Scientific, Medical, Business, Cultural, and Governmental Cooperation and Authority will provide the answers. We have outlined the answers for you in the documents you were given last month in preparation for this day. We are honored to be chosen to provide answers but, as each of you knows, we are unable to provide answers unless we have the full and absolute authority to carry out the necessary policies we have proposed.

“I am honored to lead you in this effort. You need to know that corporate America is behind us, fully committed to the cause.

“We have closed a deal recently that provides the WWCA with an appropriate headquarters operations building and office park in Houston. AMC Texas Corporation made the deal possible, selling the building to us at a price that is well below market. The cooperation of AMC Texas Corporation is a demonstration of the level of help we must have from businesses and governments throughout the world.

“WWCA is grateful to AMC for its commitment, but we need more. We need each of the world’s large corporations and all of the world’s governmental bodies to cooperate fully with funding and with the granting of the authority necessary to carry out our mission.

“My plan is simple, gentlemen, and I offer it now for you to approve before we conclude at the end of the day tomorrow.

“All commerce must be streamlined. No longer can we afford to allow greedy governments to tax business throughout the world. Commerce must be taxed only once. The WWCA will be the taxing authority that will then distribute money to the world’s regions. There will be open trade between regions.

“Businesses must have the freedom to operate unencumbered by the myriad burdens that have stifled them and in many cases prevented them from prospering. We have all learned that when businesses prosper, we all prosper. Businesses must be in charge of commerce. Unions have no place in this system, for they are one of the root causes of our present–day problems. The root causes of our problems must be identified and eliminated. This is a new era. This is a time when we must prosper. We have suffered enough. No more suffering. Never again. The people of the world have suffered as a result of the greed of the unions and those who preached socialism without restraint. They were feeding themselves with the misery endured by the rest of us, and their day is behind us forever.

“Religion has abandoned the one true God in favor of the give–away god. God is holy. He is not to be viewed as Santa Claus, ready to give all prosperity to all people. And a god that allows for the destruction of the human spirit will no longer be tolerated. Nor will a god that allows for the murder of the innocent for the benefit of the few adherents. Never again. A God who is good will be a God worthy of worship. All other gods will be disallowed. Freedom to worship will be limited; it will be limited by a reasonable definition of God, whose existence will be defined according to the traditions of those knowledgeable in religion rather than the reckless, senseless will of the millions of apostates allowed to operate today. They have redefined God, and we will now define Him the way He wishes to be defined. The apostates will no longer have a choice in the matter.

“Our economic system must operate according to the laws of reality, the reality that people are on their own in this world. They must work, and work they will. Those who can work will labor. Those who are talented in labor will be the world’s servile citizens. Those talented in accounting will count. He who is entrepreneurial will ascend to the heights of the business world and will generate the jobs we must have to maintain economic prosperity we so deserve. Regions whose citizens defy God will not prosper and we will not attempt to force them to prosper, as we have for so many decades now.

“Finally, those who corrupt our world system through greed or dishonesty or laziness or terror will pay the ultimate price. Ours will be a system that works—once and for all.

“In closing, I direct you to the truth about what must be done to save us from our suffering. The proposal I outlined for you today, and that is detailed for you in the documents you have been given, is clear. It is what we must do. Do not allow failure to have its day any longer. Do not allow this opportunity to pass. Do not allow yourselves to fail our fellow citizens.

“We must not fail because we cannot fail.

“God bless you as you go into your sessions. And God bless you as you approve this resolution that will save us all from further suffering.

“Good night.”

Peterson did it again. His speech was perfect. He said exactly what his supporters wanted to hear and exactly what his detractors could not deny. The facts didn’t matter, and Peterson knew it. He knew that solutions that were presented as concrete would not be rejected because they could not be rejected. Rejection of concrete absolutes was what got us into trouble in the first place, leaders of the world believed, so solutions — solid answers — would not be turned down.

Albert had assigned River to be present at Peterson’s speech. This time, though, River could not write off Peterson with a bland report. Peterson was taking over now, clearly, and he had come out of nowhere to do it. Coming out of nowhere as a longshot to take over the ACC was one thing. River considered the ACC to be a group of ultraconservatives who sat around the table and told each other what they wanted to hear—basically harmless, but highly irritating to the rest of the world.

River went back to his hotel room, removed his coat, tie and netbook, and began to type.

RE: Tyler Lee Peterson’s United Nations Speech

of 10 October 2024

ADDENDUM: Attached Transcript of Tyler Peterson’s Meeting of 10 September 2024 with Dante Hall, Martin Samuel and Stuart Gualt

Mr. Albert:

This report is for your most urgent consideration. Every aspect of this report, including its brevity, is directed to an immediate cause of action rather than to further rhetoric.

Tyler Peterson’s rapid ascent to the heights of power is extremely dangerous to our nation and to our entire world. It must now be our top priority to bring an end to Tyler Peterson’s power. This is one of the most urgent needs in all of world history. The world is in grave danger, as it has committed to the irreversible action of vesting massive authority and power into the hands of a single person.

My direct observations and investigative work have convinced me beyond any reasonable doubt that Mr. Peterson is the most potentially dangerous person I have ever known of. My professional experience and my extensive studies of history’s major political leaders have taught me that dangerous dictators can be identified before they take the reigns of power.

Though we have no history of studying world dictators, we can study history’s many national dictators. History teaches us that dictators have at least seven of these ten things in common: 1. They often rise to power from the ashes of despair — usually a great economic collapse, but also a defeat in war; 2. They present themselves as nationalists who blame their country’s troubles on particular groups, usually minorities, whom they present as working against their country; 3. They are great orators; 4. They master the art of telling otherwise competing groups exactly what each wants to hear about the other; 5. After they achieve power, they are obsessed with acquiring more power and with clinging to the power they have; 6. Their detractors are labeled by them to be enemies of the state or enemies of God — enemies that must be destroyed; 7. They are narcissistic; 8. They propose simplistic answers to solve complex problems; 9. They use societal turmoil as a springboard to launch their own campaign for even more power; 10. They are granted excess power, often times absolute power, by the governing group or groups. All ten are true of Mr. Peterson.
