“I don’t see the downside of it,” Luke admitted, his tone turning hesitant. “It would free me up from late nights, which I’d really like. I’m confident that Kane could run the place without me.”

“I’m assuming you would completely separate the two? As in relocate the adult club?”

“I’m thinking that’s the best idea. Do you see another option?”

Cole appreciated the fact that Luke had started talking to him more about the club. They’d always had brief conversations from time to time, mainly because Cole had been a member from the start, and also because they’d been involved in a few threesome opportunities over the last couple of years, prior to Sierra, which meant they’d established a sort of friendship. Even before Luke accepted the fact that he was bisexual, Cole had developed feelings for the man. Knowing that Luke trusted him, even if Luke sometimes didn’t trust himself, meant something to Cole.

“Do you intend to keep it similar to what it is now? The same setup? The apartments and the separate fetish club?”

“Don’t know. I haven’t been able to wrap my head around how it would be. Aside from the fact that we don’t have many members anymore, I’m not sure what I envision.”

Cole liked the idea of having more time with Luke. He knew Sierra would feel the same. And with the baby on the way, it was perfect timing. He wasn’t sure about relocating the club because that would be expensive. They’d have to start completely over with designing and building. Although, separating completely from the night club would offer them a little more options as to how they structured it.

“Are you looking to go the resort route?”

Because they had invested in Alluring Indulgence Resort, they’d discussed the concept, but Cole didn’t think Luke was looking to replicate it.

“No,” Luke said brusquely, sitting up straight and leaning forward so his elbows rested on his knees. “I’m not signing up for that type of headache. The Walkers are a lot younger than I am. I have no desire to start over at this point. Not that much anyway.”

“I agree,” Cole said, still considering what Luke was proposing. “What if we strip out the apartments and move to a large commercial building. We wouldn’t need to stay downtown because we wouldn’t be catering to the nightclub scene anymore.”

“The same concept?”

“I think so. The Club was doing well,” Cole said, realizing he didn’t want to make Luke feel as though he’d made the wrong decision in closing the doors. “I think it was more than time that we did something drastic to shake things up a bit. Weed out the few that managed to get through that we’d have preferred not. This works. And it gives us a chance to revamp the membership rules.”

Luke stared back at him, and Cole fought the urge to squirm under the scrutiny of his penetrating hazel eyes. He didn’t know why, but he wanted Luke to listen to what he had to say. Hoped that what he shared made sense.

“See, that’s another reason I love you,” Luke said gruffly.

Cole’s heart did jumping jacks in his chest at the words. Until last night, Luke hadn’t shared how he felt as far as saying “I love you” for quite some time, and now he was handing it out freely. He hated getting his hopes up, but when Luke opened up like this, Cole couldn’t help but believe in the happily ever after that he still doubted despite the reassurance both Luke and Sierra had offered him.

“Why’s that?” he asked, pretending the words didn’t tilt his entire world sideways and make his heart swell to three times its normal size.

“Because you get it,” Luke began, setting his beer on the table as he pushed to his feet. Cole kept his gaze trained on the beautiful man who was now moving his way, and he feared his palms might actually begin to sweat.

The way Luke stalked toward him made him feel as though they’d just met, like the chemistry between them was just as combustible as it had been that first night at Logan’s house when Luke had finally taken what Cole had been offering for far too long.

He remained sitting upright, even as Luke leaned over him until Luke forced him to fall back onto the couch. He was fixated on Luke’s hungry stare, practically daring the man to take what he wanted. It wasn’t like Luke didn’t know that Cole would give him anything, do anything for him, but when the man took what he wanted, it only exacerbated the intensity between them.

Luke slid one knee between his spread thighs and when he leaned closer, grinding his rock hard thigh against Cole’s cock, he wasn’t sure they were going to be in any kind of mood for dinner in the next few minutes.

“Look at me,” Luke demanded and Cole realized he’d closed his eyes, focusing on the feel of Luke’s entire body hovering above him. The heat, the weight of him, it all made his head spin and his cock throb.

Opening his eyes, he gazed up into those sexy green-brown eyes, seeing the spark of lust glimmering there.

“Unbutton your jeans,” Luke instructed as he leaned in closer, brushing his lips firmly against his mouth.

Cole sucked in a breath, trying his damnedest not to give in and beg Luke to kiss him hard. Instead, he eased his hands down to his jeans, deftly undoing the button and lowering the zipper as Luke stroked his iron hard flesh with his thigh. Fuck, if Luke kept this up, Cole wasn’t going to last until whatever Luke had in store for them.

The only sound was that of Sierra banging around in the kitchen and his own ragged breaths. Luke appeared to be in total control as his tongue darted out, grazing his bottom lip. Cole was desperate, anxious for Luke to take exactly what he wanted, but having no idea what that might be.

“Push your jeans down,” Luke said, tilting his head slightly, aligning their mouths until there was barely room for a breath between them. “All the way down.”

Cole maneuvered as best he could with Luke’s large frame leaning over him, sliding his jeans down over his hips until they bunched at his thighs, his cock springing free, jutting upward as though begging for Luke’s attention.

“Now tell me what you want.”

Cole wanted everything. More than he ever could tell Luke. He wanted to see Luke vulnerable beneath him, his legs spread wide while he slid deep inside of him, using his teeth to nip him as he made love to him slow and easy. He wanted to see Luke sprawled out on all fours, his ass taking Cole’s cock deep as he fucked him hard and fast.

A bead of sweat formed on his forehead as he tried to contain the fantasies, desperately trying to remind himself that Luke wasn’t a bottom. Although Cole had never mentioned it, he didn’t need to make the request to know that Luke would never give in.

“Tell me, Cole. Tell me what you want.” Luke’s palm slid over his straining cock, his grip painfully tight as he slowly stroked him. Cole’s balls immediately tightened, threatening to explode long before he got a chance to consider what he wanted from Luke that his lover would be willing to give.

“Fuck,” he growled, barely able to contain the urge to thrust into Luke’s hand. “Touch me.” Those were the only two words that came to mind. At this point, he didn’t give a shit what Luke did, as long as he didn’t stop touching him.

Luke leaned in closer, grazing his lips over his jaw and Cole held his breath. The heat of Luke’s callused hand gliding firmly over his cock and the warm breath against his ear had him biting his lip to keep from crying out.

“Do you want me to suck you into my mouth?” Luke asked, his words merely a whisper against his ear. “Or just stroke you until you come in my hand? Which do you prefer?”

Cole wasn’t sure he could answer. Just the thought of Luke’s mouth on his dick was making him thrust his hips upward, trying to increase the friction.

“Tell me,” Luke barked, his tone demanding, proof that he was losing his patience.

“Suck me,” Cole whispered. “Put your mouth on me. I want to fuck your lips.” Cole knew his tone contained a demand of his own, but that’s what he suspected Luke wanted.

As much as Luke wanted to be in control, Cole knew he needed him to be firm, not to give in. He might pretend to be submissive, but it was only for Luke’s benefit. If the tables were turned, he knew damn good and well Luke would be screaming his name.

Fucking hell!

Luke didn’t hesitate as he resituated himself between Cole’s thighs, yanking his jeans down below his knees, his broad torso forcing his thighs apart as his mouth came down on his cock. Cole slid his hand into Luke’s hair, staring down at the man swallowing his dick, lapping at him until he wasn’t sure he could breathe from the intensity of it.

“Fuck yes. Suck me harder,” Cole ordered, applying the slightest amount of pressure to Luke’s head, holding him until the head of his dick was pressing against Luke’s throat. “That’s it. Just like that.”

Cole didn’t want it to end. He wasn’t ready to come yet, but Luke wasn’t giving him much choice. If he had a say, he’d sit there and watch Luke bathe his cock in heat for hours, fucking his skilled mouth for all he was worth. Unfortunately, Luke had other ideas in mind as he used one hand to squeeze his balls, the other to grip the base of his dick, sliding him deep as he swallowed hard.

“Oh fuck! Fucking hell!” Cole threw his head back as his orgasm ripped loose, his entire body going rigid as he came down Luke’s throat.

By the time the world stopped spinning, Luke was once again kneeling over him, his mouth just inches away.

“One of these days, you might just ask for what you really want,” Luke whispered, and slammed his mouth down on his. Cole reached up, gripping his head, pulling him close as he thrust his tongue inside, tasting himself in Luke’s mouth.

One day, Cole might just ask.

He just hoped like hell Luke knew what he was committing to.

Chapter Eleven

“How did you talk me into this again?” Luke questioned Cole, not necessarily expecting an answer.

“I’m pretty sure Trent is the one who convinced you, not me,” Cole answered, his eyes on the road as they headed south on the interstate to some God forsaken little town that supposedly had a property for sale that Trent felt would be the perfect place for the club.

Only Luke hadn’t decided what he was going to do at this point. It did seem as though Cole was onboard with the idea of splitting up the nightclub and the fetish club, but no matter how much he wanted to move forward with a new club, it still felt like starting over. He was too fucking old to start over at this point. Hell, he was going to be a father in just a few weeks, which meant he clearly didn’t have time to be worried about getting a club off the ground.

“Is someone meeting us there?” Cole asked, checking his blind spot in the mirror before changing lanes.

Hell, they were almost there. “Supposedly.” Luke didn’t know much about this guy, but Trent had vouched for him. Some prominent land developer who obviously had more money than sense. According to the information he received, this guy was looking to invest in the club. Luke hadn’t even known he was looking for investors, but Trent obviously was.

“This guy got a name?” Cole asked, and Luke realized he was just trying to make conversation.

So, his foul mood
was
apparent.

It wasn’t necessarily that he was in a bad mood, he just was too tired to deal with this shit at the moment. He’d rather be at home, a place he had finally managed to spend more than an hour at a time in the last two weeks. After convincing Kane to fill in more at the bar, handling most of what Luke had been handling, he’d found some free time on his hands. Better yet, he was finally getting to spend time with Sierra.

Unfortunately, Alex had been running Cole all over the fucking state, which meant he wasn’t home nearly as much as they’d all like. Luke was just about to the point he was going to have a talk with McDermott. If he were smart, he’d just have a conversation with Cole. If Luke was going to take on a new venture, he would much rather do it with Cole by his side. Permanently.

“Boone,” Luke answered, glaring out the window. “Where the hell is this place?” Cole chuckled, and Luke turned to look at him. “What the fuck are you laughing at?”

“You. You need to calm down. We’re just going to check it out. It doesn’t mean you have to buy the place. Who knows, it might be just what you’re looking for.”

“I’m not willing to make any decisions until Logan can see it,” Luke told him. He’d tried to get Logan to meet them, but his twin had an urgent meeting he had to attend. As if Luke believed him. He wasn’t an idiot. He had heard Sam in the background and Luke knew what type of meeting Logan was going for. One that required him to be naked.

“Is that it?” Luke asked a few minutes later when they pulled into the parking lot of an ultra-modern commercial building surrounded by rolling hills. It looked almost like a compound with the eight foot stone wall surrounding the place, equipped with its very own electronic gate.

“If the address you gave me is correct, this is it.” Cole drove the truck up to the electronic keypad and entered the code that Trent had supplied them with that morning.

Moments later, the intricate wrought iron gate slid open, allowing them to enter.

There was a sleek, black Lexus parked in the small visitors parking in the front and Cole pulled up in the space next to it.

“What do you think so far?” Cole asked as they exited the truck and moved around to the front of the vehicle.

Luke wanted to say he was impressed. Considering the entire building was made of glass, he had to wonder exactly how this would work for them, considering they were in the business of being discreet. Windows, at least in his opinion, did not do much to keep curious eyes from peering in.

“I’m not sure the glass is going to work,” he admitted, realizing his bad mood had followed him out of the truck. When he started to move toward the building, he was pulled up short when Cole gripped his arm, effectively stopping him.

Luke turned to face his lover, waiting as patiently as he could for the tongue lashing he was sure to get. When Cole leaned in, pulling him close and pressing his lips to his, Luke inhaled slowly.

“Keep an open mind,” Cole whispered. “This decision is entirely up to you. Don’t forget that. I’ll give you my opinion, as always, but you know I support you, regardless.”
