His eyes hold mine for another long moment before he grabs the hem of his shirt and pulls it up over his head. My own nakedness is completely forgotten as I get to see his sexy chest. I tell you, those piercings of his so do it for me.

I'm distracted when he reaches in the back pocket of his pants to pull out his wallet. I watch as he flips it open and pulls out a single condom packet. With a flick of his wrist, he tosses it on the bed while flashing me a regretful grin. “I think I'd better buy a box and leave it here with you, eh? I have a feeling once isn't going to be enough, but I only have one on me tonight.”

“Good idea,” I agree.

His heated gaze stays on my face as his hands go to the button on his pants. My eyes drop immediately to watch as he lowers the zipper and eases out of his pants and socks. He stands before me in just a pair of blue briefs, and I can see the outline of his erection. He looks...bigger than I was expecting. More than anything, I want to reach out and touch what I have yet to see, but I keep my hands resting at my sides. I can play with his piercings and touch his chest, but I won't go near his waist or below. Not until I have his permission.

Ace slips off his briefs, and for the first time I get an eyeful of what Ace has been packing down there. My lips part, and I stare as it juts out proudly. I never considered the male penis to be attractive, but for some reason I'm really enjoying the sight of Ace's. I stare at it for a long moment before my eyes lift to his.

For the first time tonight, things feel awkward between us. I see in his eyes that he's definitely ready to go, but there's a hint of hesitation. I know him well enough by now to realize that he's uncertain how to tell me what he wants. He's probably worried I might not want whatever position he has in mind.

This is the moment that I'd known I'd probably have to take the initiative. I feel vulnerable choosing for us, but I have a feeling the mood will relax if I am the one who makes that decision. I deliberately meet his gaze and smile softly before I turn around and settle on my hands and knees. My face burns, knowing my bottom is facing him.

“Fuck, that's hot,” Ace growls, and I immediately hear movement behind me.

Relief sweeps through me. I chose correctly.

“Move up to the center,” Ace suggests as the bed dips behind me. I carefully move to the center of the mattress, and I can feel the burn of his eyes on my rear end. I feel the bed dip even lower near my knees. “Part your legs more,” he murmurs.

I do as he asks, then I can't resist craning my head to look over my shoulder at him. He's on his knees behind me, and his eyes are focused intently on my butt until his eyes lift to mine. They are dark with desire and a hint of wicked naughtiness. His eyes hold mine as he trails a finger between my cheeks. My eyes widen as that finger probes the tight, little circle of muscles that no one's ever dared to touch before.

He grins suggestively at me. “Someday, I'm going to be balls deep back here if you're game.”

I lick my suddenly dry lips. “Someday,” I agree. I've heard of anal sex before, but I've never experienced it.

His eyes hold mine a moment longer before he reaches down for the condom. I can't handle looking at him anymore because my neck is beginning to hurt, so I turn back to look at the headboard of the bed. I've wanted this moment for so long, and now that it's here, my heart is thudding out of control. Ace grips my hips gently, and I can't help but jump slightly.

Ace rubs the base of my spine gently with his fingers. “You okay?” he asks intently.

“Yes. I'm fine,” I assure.

“If at any time you want me to stop, just say the word,” he warns.

“Okay.”

I feel a nudge between my folds, and I go completely still as he slowly eases in inch by inch. He's not even halfway in when I feel so stretched that it begins to burn and hurt. My body is now tense, and Ace goes still. I feel him rub my shoulder soothingly. “Give yourself a minute, Faith. You're tighter than I ever imagined, let me know when the pain fades, and we'll do this nice and slow,” he says calmly, but I can hear the strain in his voice. He's holding himself back for me.

Wanting to continue on with what we're doing, I breathe in and out deeply, waiting until the stretching feeling isn't so bad. “Okay,” I murmur.

I'm expecting him to push forward again, but instead, I feel a finger find the little bud between my legs. I let out a moan as my body comes back to life. “That's it,” he murmurs as he rubs his finger in tight circles, causing me to press my hips back into his. He manipulates the sensitive bud while easing in further. The pleasure he brings me helps ease the pain of his penetration. “There we go. I'm in, Angel,” he says in a strangled voice.

My muscles feel overly stretched, but I can feel them adjusting to him. I feel full, and it feels amazing. “Oh God,” I whisper as I instinctively press my hips back into his, sinking him slightly deeper. We both groan in unison.

“Tell me I can move, that the pain is gone,” Ace says tightly.

“It's gone. Please, I'm ready,” I practically beg.

His hands grasp my hips, and I feel him slowly ease out, and then he pushes back in until I can feel his thighs pressing against mine. “You feel so good,” he grits out as he begins to pump his hips.

I can't speak. With every thrust, pleasure streaks through me and all I can do is push my hips back into his, aching for more. I want him to move faster, deeper...

“Ah, that's it, babe. Can you take it harder?” he asks through clenched teeth.

“Hurry,” I toss over my shoulder. I know I'm going to come soon, I'm so close. He growls and he quickens the pace, his strokes harder now as he drives in and out of me as if he's losing control. The only sounds that I can hear is our rough breathing and the sound of Ace's body slamming into mine repeatedly.

A whimper escapes me, I am so close but not quite there. I push backwards, harder against him, searching for the one thing that will send me over the edge. Ace's right hand leaves my hip, and suddenly he's ruthlessly playing with the little bud between my legs. I cry out and fly over the edge, Ace's name on my lips as my body convulses around him. I'm barely conscious of Ace gripping my hips again as he seeks his own release. He pushes into me relentlessly until finally he lets out a low groan. I hear him swear under his breath as he thrusts into me one last time and then goes still.

My arms are so shaky that I can no longer hold myself up. I drop flat on my stomach, and for a brief moment I feel Ace's body on top of mine before he quickly eases himself off me.

“Faith? You okay?” he immediately asks with concern.

With closed eyes, I don't even twitch. “I'm still floating,” I mumble.

A low chuckle escapes him. “Yeah, that was...unbelievable. Babe, I'm going to want that pussy as much as I can get it from now on, you know that, right?” he asks as he rubs a hand over my bare bottom.

“I sure hope so,” I tell him, still not moving as I enjoy the post-orgasm haze.

Chapter Twenty-seven
Faith

I slowly wake up feeling pleasantly relaxed. I'm on my stomach, and I shift slightly to stretch, then wince at the soreness between my legs. My breath catches when I remember last night, and I feel a pool of heat between my legs. It had been absolutely amazing and better than I could have ever imagined.

Ace had agreed to spend the night with me as long as I set my alarm for six, and I lift my head to peer at him. During the night, I'd remembered Daisy and had eased out of Ace's arms to let her out of the bathroom. When I'd come back, he'd shifted, sprawling out on his back. He'd looked so sexy, and I hadn't wanted to wake him, which is why I woke up on the other side of the bed this morning.

Daisy, however, hadn't had any qualms about getting up in his personal space. He's still sprawled on his back, the bed sheet riding low on his hips. His hair is a bit of a mess, but it's Daisy curled up in his armpit that has my lips twitching. His arm is flung out enough from his side for her to squeeze her way in to cuddle.

I glance at my alarm clock. I've got fifteen minutes before it goes off. The fact that Ace is still sound asleep with no idea that Daisy’s cuddling with him gives me a devious thought. Very carefully—so as not to wake either of them—I ease off the bed and stand up. I'm completely naked, so I grab Ace's navy shirt from the floor and slip it on. With a grin, I pad silently out of the room and down the hall to the kitchen. The camera is right where I left it. I grab it, turn it on, and walk back to the bedroom. Neither of them have moved a millimeter. I snap a picture and hold my breath, waiting to see if the soft 'clicking' sound had been loud enough to wake them.

Nope.

I turn and quickly head for the bathroom and hide the camera in my box of tampons. Yes, I am hiding the camera. I know Ace well enough to know he'll be looking for the camera when he finds out I got a picture of him and Daisy together. This camera thing is going to be fun.

Since Ace has to be gone by six-thirty, I go to the kitchen to see what I can make him for breakfast. I'm just pulling out the griddle to make an omelet when I hear a sound behind me. I straighten up to see Ace walking towards the kitchen in just his pants. He still looks tired, but he's got a very sated look on his face.

My eyes drop to see that Daisy is trotting behind him, her head tilted up so she can look at him with adoration. I can't help but snicker. “You and Daisy got along wonderfully throughout the night,” I tease.

His eyes narrow on me as he walks over. “I have no idea what you're talking about,” he warns, his eyes telling me he'd rather not have it pointed out to him.

I shrug. “Okay. A picture doesn't lie, though.”

He's reaching for me—probably to kiss me—when he goes still. His eyes search mine and widen slightly. “You didn't.”

“Would it make you feel better if I say I didn't?” I ask innocently.

“You little brat,” he growls as he grabs me around the waist, picking me up. I let out a little shriek as my hands immediately reach for his bare shoulders, then I find myself tossed onto the couch. He's on top of me in a second, his fingers tickling me. I laugh and scream, trying to dodge him or buck him off. When he suddenly stops and pulls back, I open my eyes to peer up at him. I realize that the shirt I’m wearing had ridden up, baring me completely for him to see. My legs are spread too, and he's getting an eyeful. I go beat red.

Ace makes a sound of approval as he lowers himself slightly, his hands resting on my spread thighs. “Now
this
is what I like to see in the morning.”

I squirm even as I feel myself go damp. I still feel a bit shy about him seeing me.

“Babe, tell me I can taste you,” he begs thickly.

I swallow hard. I still can't quite get comfortable with the idea. Touching is one thing, but to have his
mouth
on me. I never even allowed Justin to try that—of course, he hadn't ever really offered, either. I'm about to answer Ace when a loud thud sounds on my apartment door, startling us both.

“Faith!” Caleb calls through the door.

My mouth drops open with shock, and I try to scramble away from Ace. In my mad rush, my knee slams into his jaw, causing Ace to grunt as he quickly pushes off me. I jerk the shirt down and stand up, grabbing Ace's bare shoulder and trying to push him towards my bedroom.

Ace whispers fiercely, “He's seen that shirt before!” He grabs my robe off the living room floor and holds it out to me.

“Faith?” Caleb calls, concern etched in his voice.

“Just a minute!” I strip off the shirt and shove it at Ace while reaching for the robe with my other hand. I see his eyes run over me appreciatively before I slip on the robe and quickly tie it. “Go!” I hiss.

I watch as he strides to my room and quietly shuts the door. When he's out of sight, I run a hand through my hair and walk to my apartment door. After unlocking it, I open it a fraction. “Caleb? What are you doing here?”

Caleb stands in the hall, barefoot and wearing only a pair of jeans. His eyes narrow on me as he tries to get a good look at me. “I heard you scream.”

I'm very much aware that I am naked beneath the satin robe, and I immediately try to pull the neckline further together. “Um, Daisy scratched me,” I lie.

He turns suspicious. “What took you so long to get to the door?”

“I had to put Daisy in the bathroom so she wouldn't shoot out the door.”

His eyes drop to the satin robe again, then they flicker back up to meet mine with a hint of challenge in their depths. “Then let me in since she's locked up.”

My eyes widen. “Um...” My mind is drawing blanks.

“You have a guy in there,” he realizes, his expression turning oddly protective now. “Who is he?”

Oh no! “Logan,” I blurt out.

Caleb is silent for a moment. He looks disgruntled to hear the news, and a flurry of emotions flickers across his face. I can decipher the protectiveness, then the wariness, and lastly, he just looks uncomfortable. “You sure you're ready to be...ah...you know?”

“It's been a year since Justin. I'm moving on,” I tell him quietly.

He clears his throat, hands slipping into his jeans pockets. “Right. He treat you good?”

I think of the things Ace and I had done, and I can feel myself flushing. “Um, yeah. Can you go away now? This is embarrassing!” I hiss with mortification.

A low chuckle escapes him, and his eyes lighten up. “All right. I just needed to make sure you're okay. For future reference, tell him not to go as far as to make you shriek or scream.” Then he grimaces. “Well, just try to muffle it or something if it's that good between you two.” He shakes his head and turns to walk away.

I shut the door and lock it for good measure. Holy crap. That was not how this day was supposed to start.

“Logan?” I hear Ace ask in a tight voice.

I look up to see him walking towards me, a scowl on his face.

Uh-oh. “He's the only one I've gone out with,” I point out, trying to placate him.

Ace shakes his head, running his hand through his blond hair as he glances at the now closed door. “We need to tell him.”

That is the absolute last thing I want. “We just got our relationship sorted out. I'm not ready for new drama,” I protest.

His expression softens as he pulls me up against his warm chest. “I know, but we can't keep it from him forever. Sooner or later, I'm going to want to go public with our relationship. I'm sick of hiding my feelings for you.”

I press my cheek against his smooth skin and sigh. “Me too. But I'm scared about what will happen between you and Caleb.”

Ace's chest rumbles against my cheek as he says, “I'm not giving you up, Angel.”

I pull back and look up at him. “I don't want you to, either.” I grimace when I see the red patch of skin on his jaw. “Sorry I kneed you.”

He gives me a lecherous grin. “I'm not. That's the closest you've let my face get near that pussy of yours.”

My eyes roll as I pull out of his arms and swat his bicep. “You better leave now before you get caught sneaking out.”

“Yeah,” he agrees. “Z's nosy. She'll be on you sometime today to get details for both her and Caleb.”
