Chapter
Two

Morgan
was surprised that the Hawaiian man actually gave her an hour before
his knocking could be heard at the door. She gave herself a final
look in the mirror, happy that her bruising was virtually gone, and
yelled to the guest that she'd be right there. Once her sandals were
on her feet, she greeted the man at the door.

“Kole!”
She already knew it was him on the other side of the door before she
opened it, but seeing him in person was different.

“Morgan!
Oh, you're really here!” He took a step forward and took the
girl in his arms, lifting her off the ground for a tight hug.

“Ow,
okay, okay, put me down!” He set her back safely on the floor
and Morgan tried her best to act normal. Even though her ribs were
feeling much, much better, having the big mans arms squeezing around
her waist didn't exactly feel good at the moment.

“What's
wrong?” His eyes narrowed on her and she resisted the urge to
rub the pain out of her side.

“You
were pulling my hair!” It wasn't exactly a lie. He had pulled
her hair by accident when he lifted her up, so it was a good excuse.

“Oh,
my bad, babe.” Kole rubbed the back of her head gently to 'ease
the pain' and Morgan smiled up at him, then suggested they go eat
before she killed someone from coffee withdraws.

“You
look really good by the way,” he told her as they went down the
elevator. She blushed at his words, thankful that he couldn't see any
evidence of the prior week's events.

“Thank
you,” she told him and squeezed his hand more tightly. “You
look great too.” He really did. His jet-black hair was a little
bit longer than the last time she had seen him and it was in a
messed-up gelled way that looked really sexy on him. She was also
pretty sure his biceps had gotten bigger.

They
were going to go out for breakfast, but the buffet downstairs looked
too good and too convenient to pass up. “So, Christmas in
Hawaii. Never in my life did I think I'd be saying that!”
Morgan found a seat first and plopped herself down into the booth,
then waved to a server and did the coffee-drinking-motion...one that
was perfectly understood.

“Yeah?”
Kole slid down into the seat across from her. “I'm glad you're
here. We'll try to make it the best holiday for you!”

At
that moment, Morgan felt like a burden to the family. She didn't want
them to do anything different just for her. “Oh...Kole, I don't
want anyone to go out of their way or anything for me. It's nice
enough that you all invited me.” Morgan sat up in her chair and
waited for the server to pour her coffee before she continued
speaking. “I don't want anyone trying to...”

“Morgan,
we've told you before, our family is your family and you are welcome
here anytime! Everyone is happy that you're here...well, actually,
nobody but me knows yet,” he winked at her with his words. “I
wanted some time alone with you. If my mom only knew,” he
laughed. “And Angela, good god. I can hear her screaming at me
now for not telling her.”

They
both laughed and Morgan told him she'd definitely have to see all of
them soon, but she agreed, some time alone with him was definitely
welcomed.

After
enjoying their first cup of coffee together, they got their food from
the buffet, which Morgan hit the jackpot with a whole platter of
blueberry muffins, in which each of the poor blueberries met their
demise one by one, as usual. It wasn't until they were done eating
that Morgan couldn't take the burning question any longer.

“So
what is the surprise you were telling me about?” She plucked a
berry out and popped it into her mouth with narrowed eyes at the man.

“Oh,
that...” Kole's smile widened, then he diverted by shoving a
piece of bacon into his mouth. “I'm afraid I can't tell you
about that just yet. You'll find out soon though,” he spoke
through a full mouth.

She
bugged him for a while longer, hoping she'd get her own way, but Kole
wasn't budging on his answer. “That's fine, but I have secrets
too!”

“Mhmm.
So that's how it's going to be?”

“Yessir,”
she replied, pointing her fork at him. “Lots and lots and lots
of secrets, that I'm not telling!”

“What
else have you got on that thing now?” Kole's short attention
span drew his eyes to her bracelet. There were two new additions
since he'd seen it last. The macaw from Angel and the heart from
Finlay. “That's an awesome bird, did you get to see one?”

Morgan
giggled and nodded, then told him all about PoPo and Angel. Kole had
been jealous at the way she had gone on and on about the man, until
she told him what Angel thought of him, then he was actually
flattered. They both laughed about her best friend, and Morgan even
told him all about how he gets everything wrong.

“Wait?
You call me a woolly mammoth?” The words registered a minute
late and Kole nearly chocked on his eggs. “Why's that?”
He looked down at his chest and arms,
I'm not woolly...

“Uhm...”
Morgan smiled and burst out in laughter. “Because,” she
pointed toward her center. “You're hung like one.” She
brought her napkin over her face to hide the blushing.

“That's
hilarious! So tell me again, what did he say? Ride the rhino over the
what?” Kole was getting a huge kick out of the whole thing and
for the rest of their meal, Morgan got to tell him all about it. She
was happy when she talked about her Angel and she didn't know what
she'd ever do without him.

“I'll
show you pictures if you'd like, I have them in my room,” she
told him as they got up from the table. Kole said he'd love to see
everything she has seen and they went back upstairs together.

Over
the next hour, she and Kole sat on her bed together with her laptop
and she went over the pictures with him, starting with her first trip
in Australia. As she went through the folder of pictures, she
realized that they all told a story, and she told the stories as she
went through.

She
told him about Tanner breaking his ankle when he saw the picture of
him with his cast. She told him about Dante's restaurant and Luigi
when he got to those. Of course, he asked her why she had no pictures
of the city, and she explained that too. Then there was Sean and the
pictures in his kilt and she told him about her night of karaoke with
him. He went through the next album, Hawaii, more slowly than the
rest and they commented on nearly every picture. There was even one
of Kole sleeping that he hadn't known about.

“I
couldn't help it! You looked so cute!” She laughed when he
asked about it and said there were more. Kole laughed too when he saw
she wasn't lying.

Then
they went through Brazil and he got to see the infamous Angel and
PoPo. There weren't that many pictures of Gio, but Kole didn't ask
why. He could tell the guy looked like a tool. They got to New
Zealand, and she told him about how incredibly sweet Aiden was and
how she had given him his horse back when she left.

“You're
an amazing woman, Morgan. I hope you know that.” Kole grabbed
her hand and brought it up to his lips. She told him thank you and
kissed his hand in return. When they got to Sweden, Morgan explained
the whole thing about 'Rose' and how that worked out.

“So,
she still doesn't know that you know! Fuckin' A. That's crazy!”
They both laughed and continued onto Florida. She told him about Jake
and how insane that week had been, then onto Canada. “So that's
your ex-fiance, huh? Oh, aww, c'mon, I didn't need to see that!”
Morgan had clicked on the picture of Tyler in the tub and burst out
in tear-producing laughter.

“You
know that's sexy. Just...no...come on...look at him!” She had
Kole's cheeks pinched together, trying to make him look at the
screen, but he refused as if someone were trying to force feed him
coconut.

“That's
all of them,” she closed her laptop before he could see the
small folder of Portugal pictures and the other album of
miscellaneous pictures from her time with Tanner, Sean, Finlay and
over Thanksgiving.

“So
you haven't gone anywhere since Canada?

Nothing
gets past you.
Morgan sighed and told him she had gone to
Portugal, but unfortunately, she had run out of batteries for her
camera and his house had been too far from the city to get new ones.
“I had to leave early though, there was business to attend to.”
She smiled at the handsome man as her tone let him know that the
topic was over.

“Oh,
I see,” he nodded. His phone rang out before he could say
anything else, not that he intended to pry anyway, and Morgan could
hear Kala's happy voice through Kole's phone. She wrapped both hands
around his large arm and leaned against him as he spoke to his
brother, laughing at their typical nonsense. She also had to give
Kala a loud
hello
when Kole held the phone out to prove that
she was actually there. When he ended the call, he tucked the phone
back into his shorts and told Morgan that Kala and Angela were on
their way to her room, and would be there in less than ten minutes.

“You
mean our room?” she corrected him. “At least until after
Christmas.” Her lips brushed across his shoulder and her eyes
lifted to meet his. The humor was still showing in his face, but a
familiar look was also there. “Ten minutes...that gives me
plenty of time to hunt.”

“Hunt?”

“Yeah,
I hear it's woolly mammoth season.” Morgan laughed and pulled
his tank over his head, then stood in front of him. “Take 'em
off.” She looked down at herself, letting him know that it was
her clothes that she wanted removed. He hesitated, and Morgan could
see that he still struggled with wanting the perfect setting in order
to enjoy a woman. “We're already losing time...take them off.”
She tilted her head to the side and moved a few inches closer. He
looked from her to the door, then back.

“We
won't have time to..ah..fuck it!” He pulled her down onto the
bed and rolled her to the middle. It took less than thirty seconds
for the man to have her naked, and another five for the rest of his
clothes. His dark skin lured her eyes to travel as quickly as they
could over his body, his beautiful, hard, body. “Yeah, that's
what ya do to me.” He noticed her eyes didn't move when she
got to her favorite part.

“That's
a freaking big problem to have!” She giggled as he shook his
head, then put her hands on his shoulders to guide him back to her.

His
face went serious, the kind of serious that Morgan loved to see when
he was about to enter her. His large hands gently moved her legs
apart as he moved his middle against her. His hard cock jerked
against her skin as he made contact, and he pushed slowly inside of
her as he lowered himself over her. “Relax.” His sexy
voice sounded in her ear as he pushed further, and she allowed her
body to accept his full size as he took his time in letting her
adjust.

It
didn't take long for her body to accept the mammoth, and he moaned
against her neck when he felt himself glide easily with each
movement. “You're so wet...so fucking..” A loud knock
at the door stopped his words, and his movement. “Damnit!
They're here!” Morgan smiled and gave him her best
don't-you-dare-stop look.

“Come
for me.” She pulled him back down and pushed him deeper inside
of her with her legs. He started to move, right when the knock
sounded again. “Just a..! keep going...,” she
whispered, “minute!” He put his hands under her neck,
wrapping his fingers in her long hair, and quickly found a rhythm
that forced both of them to stifle their sounds of pleasure.

He
filled her completely, pushing her small frame to cling tightly
around him. Each new quick thrust was met with fighting her own
sounds of pleasure, sounds that she wished she could let go of to
release her own passion on the man. She pressed her mouth against
his thick neck and held his back until his breathing changed into a
prelude of his release. She felt the muscles in his back tighten and
his fingers move into a fist at the back of her head, right before
she enjoyed his hot spasms of release.
