The groan that came from Jax startled her.

“My turn,” he growled as Baylen and Tosh stepped away and she found herself wrapped in Jax’s massive arms. She should have felt frightened. Hell, considering some of the things that had happened to her on Earth she should have been screaming the place down, but in Jax’s arms—just like with Tosh and Baylen—she felt perfectly safe. Jax must have read the expression on her face, because he grinned, lifted one finger to her cheek, and then smiled widely.

He gripped her around the waist and lifted her off the ground. “Wrap your legs around me.” She nodded, her pussy seeming to pulse with excitement as she did what he asked. He was such a big guy that she couldn’t quite get a solid grip, but with his hands splayed over the cheeks of her ass it didn’t seem to matter. He lifted her higher, his fingers kneading her flesh gently as he took her lips in a slow, sensual kiss. She shivered convulsively as he pressed his hard cock against her wide-open pussy. There were at least two layers of clothing between them, but it didn’t seem to dull the intensity of the feeling.

“Arms up,” he ordered with a grin as Tosh lifted her shirt over her head. The cooler air on her breasts made her nipples rock-hard little pebbles, but when Jax looked at her with that much heat in his eyes she felt like she might spontaneously combust. She almost choked on a sob when Jax placed a big hand between her shoulder blades and lifted her high enough to drag a nipple into his mouth.

Oh, wow
. Electricity arced through her body, her nipple and pussy both throbbing as Jax feasted on her breast, his strong hands holding her harder as she seemed to somehow melt. Every bone in her body seemed to have dissolved, her muscles quivering as Jax effortlessly threw her mind into chaos and everything she thought she knew out the window. She might have had sex before, but she’d never imagined something like this.

Maybe she should have watched the instructional videos when she’d had the chance.

Jax growled, his tongue flicking over her nipple as someone stepped up behind her and encouraged her to lean back. Baylen started kissing her again, leaning over her middle as he and Tosh held her up and Jax skimmed her pants down her legs. Her thighs were closed only long enough to remove her pants, and then Jax wedged his hips between them once again.

She cried out at the incredible sensation, the soft friction of his clothes against her naked flesh making her shiver with need. He skimmed his fingers over the soft curls covering her mons, his gentle touch over an incredibly sensitive spot making her arch against their combined hold.

“Bedroom,” Jax said as he gathered her in his arms and moved out of the kitchen. Tosh and Baylen led the way, stripping off clothes as they went, grinning when Jax reverently laid her in the middle of the mattress and stood back to smile at her.

He reached for Tosh, gripping the back of his neck in a tight grip as he covered his mouth and kissed him far more violently than the gentle kisses they’d all given her. Tosh groaned, his cock rising, growing harder and harder as she watched from her position on the bed. Completely enthralled by Tosh and Jax’s kiss, Jenelle almost didn’t notice Baylen climb onto the bed beside her. He trailed a hand from her thigh to her breast, his grin settling the nervousness that trembled in her mind.

“They’re hot together, aren’t they?” he asked as he caressed the underside of her breast.

She nodded, unable to form coherent words when Jax pushed Tosh to his knees and thrust his cock into his husband’s mouth. Tosh moaned in delight, his hands gripping Jax’s ass, dragging him closer, sucking him harder. Jenelle could barely believe how much the sight of it made her throb with need. She wanted to taste him, too, wanted to experience what Tosh was experiencing, wanted to feel what it would be like to do something she’d once believed forbidden.

Tosh grinned as Jax pulled away, breathing hard. Jax’s grin was feral.

“You’re going to pay for that,” he said with a laugh, his hard cock resting against his belly, the full length shiny with Tosh’s saliva. Tosh laughed, clearly unafraid of whatever his husband had planned.

Tosh slid onto the bed near her feet. “Open for me, angel,” he said, gripping her ankles and easing her legs apart. She gasped at the feel on his warm fingers against her thighs, but it was the wet tongue against her pussy that nearly had her screaming.

Holy heavens
.

“Fuck,” Tosh growled as he lifted his head to look at her, “you taste incredible.”

The harsh slap against his ass made him groan. The wink he gave her as he swore again made her laugh.

“No swearing in front of our wife,” Jax said as he slapped his hand against Tosh’s ass again and again. The glazed, happy look on Tosh’s face reassured her that he was not only enjoying what was happening but was actively encouraging it. He swore again just before he dipped his tongue back into her pussy, the slick muscle rolling over and around her pussy lips, grazing over that same pleasure spot she’d noticed before. Impatiently, he moved back slightly, wrapped his hands under her ass, and lifted her to his mouth. His gaze never left her face as he flicked the tip of his tongue against that swollen little bud over and over.

Baylen tweaked her nipple, Jax caressed her foot, and something inside her trembled violently. She’d never felt like this before, had never imagined such incredibly overwhelming physical reactions to being touched. She tried to move away, nearly frightened by her response.

“Relax, Jen,” Baylen said, caressing a hand over her face. “Just let it happen.”

She wanted to ask. She had no idea what was going to happen. She promised every deity that might be listening that she’d go back and watch the instructional videos if someone would just tell her what was about to happen now. As Tosh had said earlier…
fuck!

Fear rippled through her, everything inside her shaking, quaking…throbbing. She couldn’t catch her breath, couldn’t talk, couldn’t escape whatever longed to burst free.

But then suddenly everything, everything, got brighter, brilliant, swirling colors exploding inside her mind as the shaking took on a new meaning. Instead of fear, instead of terror, she felt only peace, and warmth, a soft glow that somehow permeated every inch of her body and mind, heart and soul. The strange feeling went on and on, filling every thought, taking over every reaction, winding her tighter, taking her closer, lifting her higher.

Tosh pushed a finger into her pussy and she shattered, a soft scream escaping her throat as her body took over, moving instinctively, a feeling of heat washing over her, drowning her in sensation. She felt their soothing motions, their loving caresses, a feeling of acceptance, of belonging, like nothing she’d ever known before filling every square inch of her body.

She didn’t even realize she was crying until Jax lay down beside her and pulled her into the cradle of his massive body. “It’s okay, baby girl,” he crooned in a soft, deep voice. “We’re all here. We’ll take care of you.”

He ran his hand gently up and down her spine as the shivering, shaking, rolling feeling finally subsided. She clung to him, too emotional, too raw, maybe even too embarrassed, to do anything but breathe in his masculine scent and hold on tight.

Jax held on to Jenelle as she finally stopped shaking and fell into an exhausted sleep. Thank the goddess his husbands had considered this before the official claiming ceremony. Granted it wasn’t all that unusual for claiming ceremonies to be between newly introduced partners, but the fact that Jenelle had been living with them for quite some time now would have made her response look suspicious. A reaction like the one Jenelle had just had would have convinced many Desconians watching that Jenelle wasn’t really theirs.

Well, not the orgasm part of her reaction. That had been something amazingly beautiful to witness, but the fact that she was obviously overwhelmed, perhaps even frightened, by her reaction would not have looked good for any of them. Considering that they would have been expected to continue the claiming, all three of them making love to her would have been traumatic for all of them. It was no way to start a lifelong commitment.

And it
was
a lifelong commitment.

Even with her fertility issues Jax had no intention of ever letting her go. If they couldn’t find a way to have children with Jenelle, then they simply wouldn’t have children. Jenelle had filled something inside all of them that Jax had no idea had been missing. His sister had often told him he needed a woman in his life, but once Baylen had joined them, their triad had been complete, and he’d never given the matter another thought.

“Still asleep?” Baylen whispered as he came back into the room.

Jax nodded, touched her hair softly, and couldn’t deny the protective feelings the woman evoked.

As far as Jax knew, Tosh hadn’t discussed his concerns with Baylen before mentioning them to him. But it seemed that Baylen had been far more intuitive than Jax had given him credit for. As a doctor it was Tosh’s job to notice and identify possible emotional issues for the human women as they settled into Desconian life, yet it had been Baylen who’d seen something and then simply moved to help Jenelle through it. Finding his husband kissing the woman in the kitchen had been an unexpected, but very welcome, surprise.

“How did you know?” he asked Baylen.

“That she might react like this?” he asked with a soft smile.

Jax nodded and finally realized that his husband had known Jax would react the way he had, also.

“Just a feeling,” he said with a shrug.

“I love you,” Jax said, managing to surprise his husband judging by the stunned expression on his face. “I know I don’t say it often enough, but you and Tosh know how I feel.” And then, because he wasn’t feeling at all like his usual confident self, added, “Don’t you?”

“Of course we do,” Baylen said as he leaned over to press a kiss to Jax’s lips. “Dinner is almost ready, but I’ll keep it warm for when Jen wakes up.”

Jenelle startled awake and couldn’t for the life of her explain why.

“It’s okay, baby girl.”

“Jax?”

“Tosh and Baylen decided you might be less overwhelmed if you spent some one-on-one time with each of us.”

“Oh.” And then, because she’d only just realized she lay naked in his embrace and wasn’t thinking very clearly, asked, “Why you?”

She felt his muscles pull tight with tension, and she really wished for a hole to open up and swallow her before she could upset the man even more.

“I’m sorry,” she said quickly. “That didn’t come out right. I was just curious. It wasn’t meant as an insult.”

“Relax, Jen,” he said as he obviously forced his muscles to do the same. “I know I can be intimidating, but I promise you I would never hurt you.”

A small sob escaped her as she tried to roll in his arms. He moved his arms quickly, giving her space to move away from him. Hell, in his embrace she’d never felt so protected or cherished in her life, yet she’d made him feel like she was frightened of him. Could she fuck things up any worse?

Unnerved by the power she had to hurt this man, it took maybe another minute before she realized that there was only really one thing she could do to make this right. He held himself rigid, lying on his back, his hands by his sides, his eyes watching her closely as she very carefully
maneuvered herself so that she was lying on top of him.

“I’m not frightened of you,” she said, trying to choose her words carefully.

“Kiss me,” he ordered in a whisper.

She smiled and echoed the words Baylen had used earlier. “It would be my pleasure.”

He let her set the pace, his hands skimming over her very lightly, the gentle caress so different to the way he touched Baylen and Tosh. She tried to be bold, her hands threading through his hair as she pushed her tongue into his mouth the same way they’d been kissing her earlier. He groaned, lifting his hips slightly, but then pulled back.

He was breathing hard when he finally broke away from her kiss.

“Shit,” he said, still gasping. He tried to wriggle out from under her. “I’ll…send Bay in…or Tosh.”

She held on, uncertain why she was so disappointed by his reaction. The claiming ceremony was technically the only time he would need to touch her. Getting in some practice beforehand wasn’t a terrible idea, but there was no reason for Jax to do something he wasn’t interested in. Baylen and Tosh could teach her everything she needed to know.

But the reasoning didn’t still the panicked feeling that sat low in her belly.

“Did I do something wrong?”

As soon as the words left her mouth she wanted to drag them back. Hell, she’d just decided not to force him into anything he didn’t want to do, yet here she was pressuring him. Was she the most selfish person on the planet?

“No, baby girl,” he said, stroking her hair with fingers that shook slightly. “You might have noticed that I’m a dominating guy. I want you so much, but I’m not sure I can be gentle.”

“So don’t be…gentle I mean. Don’t be gentle. Show me what it’s like to be loved by you.”

He made a groaning sort of strangling noise but managed to keep his touch against her skin light and nonaggressive. “You’re already frightened of me.”
