281 ORGANIZE OTHERS' CLOSETS.
It can be hard to face a closet full of crap. Somehow, though, it's easier when it's not your own crap that you're faced with. When you're organizing if you find “junk,” suggest to the owner that you sell it for them on eBay (see entry 150) — and take a cut of course.

282 PUT IN AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS.
Is there anything more unpleasant than installing AC units in the oppressive heat? Probably not, so charge the hell out of other people and do it for them. Advertise your services in the lobbies of apartment buildings, where it's unlikely residents have central air.

283 TAKE OUT AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS.
For people who labored with putting the units in three months ago and cursed everything and everyone in their life during the process, you're there. Be the guy (or girl) to remove the AC unit come autumn and put it back into storage. You might be able to set up an installation gig for the end of spring — as long as you don't drop the unit out the window while removing it.

284 HANG PAINTINGS.
Some people just cannot get a painting to hang straight, no matter how many times they hold the level up and step back and look at it. And finding studs in the wall? Forget about it. Help the unhandy by hanging paintings (and by help I mean charge for the service).

285 PATCH A DRIVEWAY.
Potholes are hard on cars. Paying a professional service to patch them is hard on the wallet. Take out the middleman by offering your patching services directly to the customer. It's not hard to figure out who might be in need; just take a stroll around your neighborhood and keep your eyes on the prize holes.

286 ACT AS A BILL PAYER.
Have you ever heard a friend complaining about the number of late-fees they get from overdue bills and thought, “It's not that hard to keep track of when they're due!” Well now you can put that irritation to good use and become a professional bill payer. The money saved in late fees will go right into your pocket.
