| 3-4. | Pull hair back into half ponytail Note: Do not pull all hair back. Only pull top layers of hair that show. This will help bobby pins hold hair better and will also make rest of hair look more full |
| 5-7. | Fold hair over itself |
| 8. | Secure with bobby pins Note: Front layers of hair will hold back layers, so have bobby pins hold just those first few layers of hair |

| 1-3. | Pull bangs back and secure with bobby pin Note: Do not let bangs lay flat on scalp. Tease hair if needed |
| 4. | Prepare another layer of hair for pinning |
| 5. | Take one side and pin it just below and to the side of first bobby pin |
| 6. | Bring other side over and secure it with bobby pin Note: Make sure to cross sides |
| 7-8. | Repeat steps 4-6 |
